LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Greene Manufacturing, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser each product manufactured by Greene Mfg., Inc. against factory defect in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product from the date of purchase. If your product should fail to operate properly for the intended and specific use during the warranty period, please notify GMI at the listed address or call our main office at (734) 428-8304. If your product is found to have been consumer damaged or abused, it is not covered by the warranty and you will be advised in advance of the repair costs. Greene Mfg., Inc’s sole and exclusive liability for defects in material and workmanship shall be limited to repair or replacement by GMI upon our examination and sole discretion. Greene Mfg., Inc. shall in no event be liable for incident, consequential, contingent, or any other damages. This warranty shall not apply to any product that has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, damage in shipment, or misapplication. This warranty does not obligate GMI to bear the cost of transportation or labor charges in connection with the repair or replacement of defective parts. This warranty is invalid if the damage or defect is caused by an act of God, unauthorized alteration/repair, or vandalism. This warranty is made in lieu of any other expressed warranty, and except for the foregoing warranty, which is exclusive, there is no other expressed warranty being made. Greene Mfg., Inc. reserves all rights to the warranty. The right is reserved to incorporate subsequent design or parts changes after publication and without reissue of descriptive literature or catalogs.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is included to most of the USA lower 48 States. An additional shipping charge may apply to states in extended shipping areas. (EXAMPLES: Oregon, Nevada, Florida, California, Washington, New Mexico, & Texas). Estimated manufacturing and shipping times are 50 business days. These shipping times are best estimates and may change due to industry conditions and supply chain issues. Terms are F.O.B factory, Greene Manufacturing, Inc.’s responsibility to the merchandise ends when the transportation company issues its pickup receipt to us. Freight Claims must be made against the carrier by the consignee, GMI does not file freight claims. Standard Shipping: LTL delivery is dock delivery or lift gate curbside delivery to street level. Additional shipping requirements: Any additional requirements for shipping such as, inside delivery, residential/limited access delivery, construction site delivery, or delivery appointment/notification ETC. needs will be quoted as requested by the customer. No special shipping considerations will be assumed by either party without clear documentation at time of placing order. All merchandise is packed in compliance with carrier requirements. **RECEIVER INSTRUCTIONS: Fully examine all shipments carefully BEFORE ACCEPTANCE. If there is ANY indication of damage or shortage, request the delivering carrier to make a notation to this effect on the freight bill BEFORE signing it. DO NOT sign for a shipment as received in good condition if you have not inspected it. Should damage be discovered after delivery it is highly unlikely the carrier will approve claims for hidden damage, if found retain all packaging materials and request immediate inspection by the delivering carrier. Once the delivering carrier has a clear receipt for a shipment, they are no longer responsible for any shortages or damages. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR UNLOADING PRODUCT 5
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
**RETURNS: All returns must be authorized prior to shipment and accompanied by our issued returned goods authorization number. To initiate a return call 1-800-396-4642. All authorized returns must be shipped freight PREPAID by the buyer via UPS or motor carrier. We will accept no C.O.D returns. Return shipment must contain documents stating the contents, reasons for return and return authorization number. All items to be returned must be unused and packed in original packaging and in compliance with motor carrier specifications. All returned items must be received within 30 days and are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Refunds will be credited back via original payment method, minus 3% (approx.) Stripe CC processing fee. **CANCELLATION POLICY: Once standard orders are in production, they are non-cancellable unless special authorization is acquired from an authorized officer of Greene Manufacturing Inc. In the rare occasion that a cancellation is authorized, the order could be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No cancellations are accepted for special or custom orders. Orders over $5,000.00 in value cannot be cancelled absent agreement by Seller at the Sellers sole and absolute discretion.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Greene Manufacturing, Inc, reserves the right to change without notice, specification, and size requirements to facilitate manufacturing processes. **TAXES: Greene Manufacturing Inc does not collect taxes outside of the state of Michigan. All shipments in the state of Michigan will carry the current sales tax rate unless an exemption certificate is on file with us. If the product is delivered outside of the state of Michigan, it is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to pay all applicable taxes as required by their governing entities in their state. Greene Manufacturing, Inc. reserves the right to add sales tax or any other tax that may be imposed upon our products as required by law. Other Fees: The buyer shall be solely responsible for paying all applicable duties, plan check fees and fees for engineering seals on drawings or calculations directly related to any order to the appropriate governing authority. Note that these fees are not quoted by Greene Manufacturing Inc. **STORAGE: Buyer is liable for storage charges including but not limited to all third-party costs and expenses incurred by Greene Manufacturing, in holding or storing products for the Buyer or at the Buyer’s request.
