Description
The GS Series hand grinding station allows a vac system to be hooked directly to the station helping to reduce grinding dust in the air. Tables are available in two sizes. The 36"W station features a single 5" rear outlet, while the 72"W station features dual 5" outlets. Stations are available with or without the power dust collection unit.
Station Features:
•All welded construction of 11 gauge steel.
•Replaceable steel grate work surface.
•5” tapered air vacuum inlet runs along the back of the bench.
•Hinged, locking door on the front of the bench allows easy cleaning of the work surface.
•110V outlets located on the front leg are wired to a 6’ cord & plug. 36”w station has (1) duplex - 72”w station has (2) duplex outlets.
•Floor anchor pads included.
Optional Dust Collection Unit:
•Blower housing is constructed of 14 gauge steel with a heavy duty fiberglass drum lid.
•Fan is powered by a 1HP, single phase, 115-220V motor. The motor is fully enclosed & quiet in operation.
•Radial blade is cast aluminum & self-cleaning.
•Complete self-contained unit fits on any 55 gallon open ended steel drum. Steel drum is not included.
•Includes 60” long PVC, wire reinforced hose, after filter bag, Y-connector, connector hoses & clamps.
•No exposed moving parts.
